The family room was panoramic and new-fashioned. The location was great, with a large public square nearby.- The hotel is conveniently situated close to Pompei, Ercolano, ferries to Capri and Sorrento, and the shopping area.

location is perfect and sea views are great. In general they had that NH touch, although I think that in Spain there is a little more level for that price. I liked being able to tune in to at least TVE and 24 hours. wardrobe was correct, you could put the clothes, although it was completely open. armchair was comfortable and in general the room was comfortable. Good bed and pillow. There are places nearby to have breakfast with rich coffee and typical pastries. It is near the Porta di Massa del Alibus stop, bus that connects to the airport. You can reach almost all the interesting places on foot.

The staff at the check-in were not particularly friendly, they were tense (there was a group of six in addition to us). However, the check out was smooth (we were alone, and it was a different person). Bad soundproofing of the window. You could hear the traffic and noise from the street in general. One night there was a storm with a strong wind and it was a bit scary, I guess, because of being in such a high floor. They took away one of the big towels from us the second day (it would be a mistake but we have to take care of the details). They didn't add any more gel after the first day (it was just left over from the morning, but we might have wanted to take a shower before going out at night and we wouldn't have had enough for the next morning). It seemed to me that for an NH and that price you could expect more. There was not a single welcome detail.

Location is excellent, city center, to the port 5 minutes on foot.

The room was cleaned badly, the cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired. There was no tea or coffee in the room, though there should be...

The rooms we booked were recently renovated, spotless, with a great view of the central area, comfortable beds, and a spacious bathroom.

The family room was panoramic, extremely comfy bed. The location was great and perfect, around 10-15 minutes walk from a traffic-free square. The hotel was an incredible base for enjoying a good area.

The stay was enjoyable, with attentive staff and clean surroundings; I would definitely consider returning.

The selection for breakfast was extremely poor. For a buffet breakfast I would expect a greater choice. I certainly in the past have found a better selection at lower rated hotels.

Panoramic rooms with a comfortable decor and exceptionally comfortable beds with hypoallergenic pillows. Sensational and great breakfast with appetising food.- Excellent service overall with understanding and courteous staff throughout.

I have stayed here many times...carpets in rooms are not clean. other than that I like the hotel. breakfast is way above average..WIFI Is terribly slow.....really useless because of that. staff is not well trained in helping
